From Offer to Ownership
Helping buyers understand the offer process, make informed decisions, and prepare for what happens next.
In this scenario, you are meeting with a buyer who has found a home they are seriously considering purchasing. They are excited about the property but uncertain about what goes into a written offer, how much they should offer, and what happens after the seller receives it. The buyer has been pre-approved for financing but has never purchased a home before. Your responsibility is to explain the offer process, review the decisions they will need to make, and help them understand the steps from submitting an offer through closing.
The intention is to help you confidently guide a buyer through preparing a purchase offer, explaining important contract terms, discussing potential risks, and outlining the next steps. You will practice making a complicated process understandable while helping the buyer make informed decisions without feeling pressured.
